PRINTED TEA TOWEL:
This was a fundraising project for the group of small
historic village churches in my area. I was commissioned to design the tea towel
(a ubiquitous British item!) and created the wildlife border illustrations. Another
local man had made sketches of each of the four churches.
The illustrations were hand drawn in pen and ink.
Printed tea towel with illustrated nature border. The vines at the top are hopps (used in beer production), and were special to the region as it had one of the last remaining community hopps fields in Surrey.
